CHANGE THE WORDS...
Yesterday was an ugly day. Down by the freezing streams a noisy bird sat shaking his wings. The brilliant sun appears in the blue sky. “Oh, how gratifying to have such an unimaginable day all to myself” I thought.
Then the same unique bird appears. From the shape of its strident wings and its skinny legs I think that he should be special. It carried a small bag over its wings. “Who knows what beautiful thing it had inside”? I thought.
The animal soon gave up getting closer, and flew away leaving the small bag. I should have done the same. The curious bird start flies and landed near me.
Every thought it was a unusual bird, it was trying to have a friend. I put the small bag on a table, I unlock it and there was a book, it said “different adjectives make an inspiring writing. You had better ideas” That meant, I knew, I had to do an excellent work.

ROAD RAGE.
Day after day in the streets occur a lot of car accidents, in which people get, injure or die. In other cases just the car presents the evidences of the situation. But is common to hear men talking about women at the steering wheel, they think and argue that ladies are dangerous driving. But it is huge mistake that people in general think that women cause most of the car accidents.
Is important to take into account that psychological and medical studies demonstrate that men have a lineal brain so they can not do various actions at the same time, in contrast with that women can control and develop different activities; is frequent to see women driving, eating and talking by cell phone at the same time without difficulties.
Over more, men in general are impulsive, aggressive, competitive, and accelerated, this behaviors can determined the way in which they drive and how they react at any situation with other drivers, on the other hand is important to stand out that women have senses more developed so they are carefully, pacific and relax, so they don’t loose their mind when they have a problem because they can control difficult situations.
In conclusion nobody can insure that women are the biggest cause of road rage, accidents always have different versions and argue, and it is really hard to conclude who is the guilty, it really depends on the situation.

VALUES IN LEADERSHIP
When all of us have to make a decision, there are three options to do it; we can use our beliefs, our values or our intuition. And we have to be prepared to accept and handle with the consequences. If we choose our beliefs, that means that our actions in the future will reflect our past because its are based on our history, habits and traditions, so we are not going to grow up as persons, because we will not have the chance to correct our mistakes, we will repeat its.
If we use our values to make decisions, our decisions will line up with the future we want to live. Values are not constrained by the past and are adaptable to new situations. Since the world we live in, particularly the business world, is becoming increasingly complex, chaotic, and unpredictable, values provide a more flexible mode of decision-making than beliefs.
To be a good leader is important to practice nine values is necessary to be creativity, to have autonomy, confidence and tenacity, to be responsible, risky, to be supportive and like team work.
